Joseph Garza

Hello! My name is Joseph Garza, I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX but currently reside in Colorado Springs, CO. I hold a bachelors degree in Kinesiology/ Pre-PT obtaining it from the Texas A&M University at San Antonio, and also a certificate in personal training since 2021. Currently, I'm pursuing my passion for helping others by studying full-time to become a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Alongside my studies, I continue to train clients part-time, combining my academic knowledge with practical experience to support their fitness and rehabilitation goals. When I'm not studying or training, I enjoy hiking, camping, being physically active, and watching basketball which keeps me balanced and energized. I'm driven by a commitment to health and wellness, and love seeing my clients achieve their personal bests.
